The winds were starting to increase now as predicted but it was smooth sailing out into the bay but it was the way back that was a bit bumpy. We got too see one lovely Minke Whale that surfaced many times and close to the boat too, 10-20 meters. We even got to see it roll a a couple of times and surf in the swell. Loads of diving gannets, seagulls and fulmars flying around too which was a bonus.

Tour at 09:00

The bay was calm this morning and the skies were blue, perfect morning to be out at sea and the whales thought so too. There must of been a lot of food around because everything looked as though it was feeding. We saw one Minke Whale circling fish, 30-40 scattered White-beaked Dolphins surfacing all around the boat breaching to scare the fish to where they want them. A small pod of Harbour Porpoises also splashed there way past us again looking like they were chasing fish. If this wasn´t enough we had Gannets diving everywhere and seagulls swooping down to catch something yummy. Great morning out into the bay.
