Tour at 13:00
The weather changed a little bit this tour. We started the trip in Akurey, the Puffin island and then we sailed in to a creamy fog. We only could see 80 m. around the boat. Soon we spotted a small group of Harbour Porpoises, a nice group, surfacing a few times. Then we headed further out. After sailing for some time the sun found us and we sailed out of the fog. And there they were, the Minke Whales. Two of of them were in a good whale watching mode and came very close to our boat few times. Nice tour.

The weather was nice, very calm sea, like a mirror and no wind. This morning we spotted at least 5-6 Minke Whales and two groups of Harbour Porpoises. The porpoises were quite nice to us but the Minke Whales were a little bit more difficult to approach. Some of them we only saw far away, only surfacing ones but two of them were very nice, surfacing quite frequently close to our boat, so our lovely passengers got a good look at the animals. Many Puffins in Akurey and a lot of birds in the bay.
