Tour at 13:00 Report from Hafsúlan and Elding. We sailed out from Reykjavik todaywith two boats in very nice sea conditions. Though the sky was overcast and it rained lightly occasionally. We were actually quite glad it rained because without the rain we wouldn´t have the beautiful rainbows. The was a lot of life out in the ocean today, just 20 minutes of leaving the harbour we saw splashes in the distance towards Mt. Esja. We went to investigate and we were please to see a lot of White-beaked Dolphins. Dolphins everywhere, infront, behind and both sides of the boat they surfaced. We even got to see them feed, socialise, rest, bow-ride, leap and breach occasionally with the rainbow just behind. It was wonderful to watch the dolphins being..well...dolphins. Great day just outside of Reykjavik.

Birds seen on todays tour include: Razorbills, Fulmars, Kittiwakes, Glaucous Gulls, Black-backed Gulls, Eider Ducks, Cormorants and Shags.
