Tour at 13:00
The weather was the same as this morning when we headed back out this afternoon, looking for whales. We decided to go further out this time. After searching for a long time we finally spotted a small group of White-beaked dolphins. It was difficult to follow them because they were always avoiding the boat. On our way back we spotted a Minke Whale. It surfaced only one time and we could not find it again. Then we saw a blow 400m. in front of the boat. When we came closer it seamed like this whale had also disappeared. It was very frustrating. But on our way back to the harbour two Minke Whales ;) surfaced 2-3 times very close. Nice surprise near the end of the trip.
Tour at 9:00
We set of this morning with rough sea conditions and a strong cold wind. After searching for some time we spotted a blow from a Minke Whale. But unfortunately it surfaced only twice before disappearing. So none of our passengers were able to see it. Later we found a small group of White-beaked dolphins. We spent some time with them before heading back to the harbour.
