Report from Hafsulan: This morning on pink day, it was gloriously cold and sunny! We had a cold Northerly wind that brought in quite fresh air but also made the skies nice and clear! We set sail and only 15min after leaving the harbour we found a minke whale! This one was first tricky to spot and then we saw it a few times around our boat. We stayed a little but then went on a little sail to see what else we could find. We snuck around the islands trying to take cover from the wind and while we didn't find anything else we came back to the original minke and saw it a few more times. It came quite close and up with gusto as well! We managed to get a few pictures with the whale in front of Hallgrímskirkja - the perfect shot! We stayed until our time ran out and eventually made our way back to the harbour.
