Tour at 13:00

Report from Eldey: A drizzily day on the bay, the swell was less than yesterday but still taking it´s time to calm down after the storm on Monday. In the harbour this morning was a small harbour seal but was no to be seen as we sailed out of the harbour, still we enjoyed the birdlife:cormorants, eider ducks, black guillemots and a goosander that are spending their time in the harbour at the moment. Once out in the bay the rain came and visibility was very poor for a while, just able to see maybe a 500m circumference around the boat. After 20-30 minutes it got better and better and could show the beautiful landscape around us. Unfortunately no whales or dolphins were encountered, actually no cetaceans at all so we offered our passengers complimentary tickets to come on another whale watching tour again for free in the next two years. Still, as the passengers were leaving it was nice to hear they they enjoyed the commentary and adventure on the ocean. Hope we get to see them again again with better success.
