Whales and northern lights in one day, what more could you ask for, whoo hoo!

Finally after difficult couple of months, we saw Humpback Whales on our trip from Grindavík last Friday. The Icelandic capelin fishing fleet is right out of Grindavík and the whales are usually following/eating the capelin. We will do our best to follow them and sail from the nearest harbour to find the whales. For the next  days it looks like we will sail from Grindavík or Sandgerði.

Our Northern lights tour yesterday evening was great, we started to see the Northern Lights before we left the harbour! We depart every evening at 21:00 when the conditions are favorable for the northern lights.

We remind you that from today March 1st we depart twice a day for whale watching at 9:00 and 13:00
