This morning was sunny but we had a strong northern wind. We sailed far into the bay and were rewarded with a humpback whale! In the afternoon we saw a lot of different species of seabirds and finally found a minke whale that was a bit tricky to follow. In the evening we eventually found one humpback whale (perhaps two) and even saw a peduncle throw!

The morning tour was unfortunately cancelled due to weather, but the afternoon brought playful pod of white-beaked dolphins with a cute calf and a beautiful blow of a humpback whale against the beautiful snowy mountains! The evening tour was quite breezy and it took a while until we found a calm humpback whale, just in time before we had to return to port.

In the morning we spent time with a calm humpback whale that came very close to the boat and fluked before diving. The afternoon tour brought playful humpback activity with breaches and flipper slaps, however the rest of the day was cancelled due to weather.
