Looks like it will be a clear sky with calm wind and aurora activity around 3/9! We have a good chance of seeing the lights tonight.

Sightings: As we headed out into the bay the sky was unfortunately much more cloud-covered than predicted. Nevertheless, we managed to find a calm area with almost no wind and good looks at some holes in the clouds. And sure enough we were soon looking at different glowing patches of green, along with arches and curtains of light between and behind the clouds.
