Tour status:  RUNNING
Aurora activity is very high tonight, at 5/9 with scattered clouds and some light winds.

Sightings: Expectations were high after last nights mother nature excellence but the clouds hindered our visibility this evening, a small gap in the clouds offered us the view of the star constellation, Orion, the planet Jupiter and of course it is always nice to see the city from the boat. We waited until about 11pm, patience was wearing thin and the cold causing most to sit in the nice warm saloon, we all felt disappoint as we started our journey back to the harbour UNTIL.....LIGHTS shouted the captain. We rushed outside and low and behold the clouds had suddenly cleared and the northern lights appeared, It just needed a bit more patience but just goes to show, you never know.
