Status: RUNNING

We are sailing out tonight to look for Northern Lights. We are expecting a moderate activity of 4 out of 9 and semi-clouded skies. Please contact us for further information +354 519 5000 or elding@elding.is.

Sightings: Once again as son as we left the harbour we spotted a faint arch running through the Ursa Major, star constellation. The northern lights became brighter for a while and dulled down to a faint arch once again. This continued throughout the night, pulsating on and off. As the evening progressed, more of the sky showed it's colours. It was a beautiful evening, for some of the passengers this was their last chance to see the beautiful aurora borealis. It was great to fit a nice night out on the boat inbetween the storms.
