Status: RUNNING

We will sail out tonight to look for Northern Lights. We expect a moderate activity or 2 out of 9 with semi-clouded skies. Please contact us for further information at elding@elding.is or +354 519 5000.

Sightings: We got word that other companies had cancelled their northern lights tours, it was a difficult decision for us and we almost cancelled too as the cloud forecast said it was going to be cloudy but a few stars could be seen and there is forecasted a storn for the next two nights, we took the chance and so so so glad we did. It was amazing, the sky was clear and soon after leaving the harbour the northern lights showed themselves and got stronger throughout the evening. The sky was so clear that many stars and star constellations could be seen and even a couple shooting stars. The Imagine Peace Tower was also very beautiful. Everyone went home with a huge grin on their faces. Incredible evening. There was also a great crowd on board, which made the night that much more to remember.
