Tour at 13:00

It was a rough tour today. We sailed out on the bay to try to find a Humpback Whale which was tagged with a gps transmitter by the Icelandic marine research institute. It turned out to be more difficult than we had hoped. We got a new fix on the whale twice during the tour but could not find it. We decided it was too rough to go against the wind all the way back to Reykjavík so we set the course to Hafnarfjörður. As we had only 15 minutes to sail back to port we suddenly were surrounded by White Beaked Dolphins, at least 60 animals, busy feeding. We stayed with them for about twenty minutes before docking in Hafnarfjörður.
