Tour 13:00

We had a very good weather today. Sea was clam and there was almost no wind. Perfect conditions for a whale-watching. We left from Keflavik and had our main sighting just less than 4 nautical miles from the coast. We had first spotted a very large pod of white-beaked dolphins. They were surly more than 50 and they were feeding associating with gulls and kittiwakes. Then we spotted a large blow twice and we waited. It was a Humpback whale! This individual came very close to the boat followed by many dolphins maybe attracted by a large school of fish just right under our boat. An unforgettable tour!
