Tour at 17:00

Another very good tour, clam sea and sunshine. We headed out into the bay and started spotting many Minke whales, some were very close like one young one which stayed with us for quite a long time, surfacing less than 10 meters from the boat. it was a very perfect sighting!

Tour at 13:00

Report from Elding: The weather was still perfect; even a little more sunshine this afternoon. We started in Akurey again to have a look at the puffins. We then sailed out and found some Minke whales (one calf!), white-beaked dolphins and harbour porpoises! When looking at the photos we discovered that two of the porpoises were the same ones we saw this morning, a mother and calf. The calf was really tiny and cute :)Report from Hafsúlan It was  very excellent out out in the bay. We had still a lot of Minke whales and we also had a lot of white-beaked  dolphins, moving around. We spotted them 3 times and there were really curious and got close to the boat many times.

Tour at 9:00

Report from Elding: Perfect weather today, quite warm and absolutely no wind! We started in Akurey to look at the puffins, the season is almost over. We headed out on the bay and found lots of feeding birds and lots of Minke whales around. We also spotted a few harbour porpoises throughout the trip. A really lovely trip!

Report from Hafsúlan it was a very nice tour and excellent weather. The sea was flat and calm and there whales were really many. In fact, we probably spotted at least 15 different Minke whales out in the bay. Lots of seabirds and fish.
