CLASSIC WHALE TOUR | 0900
Report from Eldey and Hafsulan: Again, we set off on a very cold day with the sun shining. It was a great afternoon for whales as we have become used to recently. In total there were 5 humpback whales surrounding the islands close to Reykjavík. The best of these was a pair that came up very regularly and showed us their beautiful flukes too. In the distance we also could see Snaefellsjokull for the first time in a while too. After all the snow last night the mountains looked very beautiful too. After see the humpbacks come up and give us a lovely show, both boats headed back to warm up.
