Tour at 17:00
The wind had gone down a bit when we headed out for this tour. We went first to Lundey to see the Puffins and after straight out to Faxaflói. We went straight for the area where spotted the Gannets during the tour before. On our way we briefly spotted a pod of Harbour Porpoises. When we got to the area where we had the Gannets before most of them had left and after a long search we spotted a blow and soon a glimpse of the Minke Whale but it went quickly for a long deep dive and we unfortunately didn't find it again.

The weather was very similar during this tour and weather conditions made it a bit difficult for us to search. We started the tour again by visiting Lundey to see the Puffins. There were not many on the island this time but we saw few and a lot of Kittiwakes. When we then got out to Faxaflói we spotted a large flock of feeding Gannets. And around that area we spotted one Minke Whale.

The weather today was pretty rough and we started this day with a stop in Lundey to see the Puffins. There were quite many of them there this morning, both on the island and also flying around it. We then headed out to Faxaflói bay. When we got pretty far out there we spotted a pod of Harbour Porpoises. Close by we found one or two Minke Whales. A bit difficult to say if it was the same one or another individual. But it surfaced several times pretty close to the boat.
