The wind had calmed down, so we decided to try going out. We had really beautiful weather with sunshine but it was pretty cold. After some time searching we suddenly spotted a minke whale. It surfaced several times close to our boat, but passengers had to be quick to spot it. Then it headed off and went deep diving. We kept on searching but couldn't find any other whales.
