Unfortunately the weather and sea state didn't allow us to go where the capelin boats and Humpback Whales have been over the last couple of weeks so we ventured more into Faxaflói Bay in the hope of finding some Dolphins or Minke Whales which were seen this time last year but once again no whale sightings. The weather wasn't the nicest today either raining and windy but the sea conditions were good and be got to see a few species of seabird including Long-tailed Ducks, Eider Ducks, A Gannet, Fulmars, Cormorants, Kittiwakes and other sea gull species. Complimentary tickets given and better luck for the next days.
