We had to sail for a long time before we finally found a small group of white-beaked dolphin. It was very nice to see a mother and calf, the calf was very small and cute :) Unfortunately the Minke whales were nowhere to be seen.
Tour at 13:00
We got a call from another boat around lunchtime, that four humpback whales have been seen far out in the Faxaflói-bay. No question, we went out to find the humpback. It took us a long time and really far far out we finally found one quite big humpback whale!!! It was beautiful to watch, it showed the usual breathing-pattern and lifted always the fluke when it went down for deepdiving. We enjoyed it very much, even though we had to sail a long distance!

Very beautiful weather today: very sunny and flat sea! A lot of puffins on the island and a couple of nice white-beaked dolphins approached us and stayed for quite a while!
