CLASSIC WHALE TOUR | 1300
Report from Eldey: We set off along the Reykjanes peninsula again to the same spot as yesterday. Here we got very lucky once again. We had found 4 humpback whales! There was 1 alone that we travelled past as there was already a boat with it. We carried on as we had seen another 3 close together. It was a pair plus another one randomly popping up near them too. It was amazing. All were lunge feeding lots as well as rolling. We got to see their pectoral fins out the water lots too. At one point one was lunge feeding in the pair whilst the other was upside down so we could see the grooves on its lower jaw. It was amazing We then headed backn enjoying the sun after a wonderful afternoon.
