Tour at 13:00
We set off again out onto Faxaflói bay and we really scanned a huge area and went much further out than this morning. There were a few groups of birds out there but we weren't able to spot any whales. On the way back we found a few harbour porpoises which a few people were able to spot, but again we gave everyone a complimentary ticket and hope that the lovely passengers that joined us this afternoon will come back soon!! :)
Tour at 9:00
We set off out onto the bay with some pretty big waves out there this morning. We sailed for a long time and were able to spot 2 Minke whales but only for a second, so not everybody got the chance to spot them. We also came across a small group of harbour porpoises which I think most people were able to spot, but because this trip was pretty unsuccessful we gave everyone a complimentary ticket and we hope they can join us again during their stay.
