Report from Eldey: What a cold night! Winter is definitely here. Despite the cold we had a very nice scenery, with fresh snow on the mountains, clear sky,and beautiful full moon. Quite soon after departure, we noticed a faint ribbon in the sky, and after having few shots at it with our cameras, we could confirm it was northern light activity. We remained patient looking at it, sometime the intensity was picking up a little bit, but never to the point it was satisfactory. It was unfortunate, so we offered complimentary tickets to our passengers. Hopefully everyone could get a little bit of green on their pictures, and will have better luck on next try!
