Report from Eldey: We left the harbour to find a beautiful starry sky and calm seas, so our tour gave us a very good feeling straight away! As we were closing in to Esjan mountain, a fait ribbon started to appear in the sky. We pointed our cameras in toward it and the green light confirmed us it was the beginning of some activity! We waited patiently until the beam became more intense. From here the pictures got better, and with appropriate settings clear northern light pictures could be taken. At some point, the coloration got visible to the naked eyes! The lights were on for the whole duration of our stay, so we also had them on the way back. A nice and cozy evening!
