Report from Eldey: A wonderfully calm night tonight and with snow that came in our favour, which was just before our tour. By the time we began sailing, skies had cleared, stars were plentiful and we even had faint northern lights for a few minutes right away. These faint lights kept teasing us, becoming barely visible to the naked eye, fainting again and then showing again over and over, for nearly the entire tour. Around 11 pm the green arch becam more visible and we were all excited. Sadly though, the lights never got to the brightness that we would like our passengers to experience and so we offered a free return to everyone by giving out a complimentary ticket which they can use at their most convenient time within the coming two years.
