Report from Eldey: When we left the harbour there was hardly a cloud in the sky and the stars were bright. We were very excited because we could already catch a glimpse of some green in the sky and, sure enough, as soon as we got away from the lights of the city we could see the northern lights. They changed intensity and position a lot but they were slowly getting stronger so when we were heading back they were strewn across the sky and dancing in bright green. Absolutely beautiful.
