We are expecting mostly clear skies tonight and and a moderate northern lights activity. Also the sea conditions are not so bad.
Tour status: RUNNING!
Sightings: Before the tour, the level of magnetic activity was 5 on one website, the best figure I have seen this season, so we were cheerful when we went out. However, most sadly, the forecasted mostly clear skies did not happen and while there was no doubt an excellent northern lights display taking place above us, we could not see it because of the thick clouds and even snowy conditions towards the end of the tour. A most sad affair but we tried to make it better by offering each passenger a complimentary return ticket so that they can come back with us free of charge for another northern lights tour.
