Report from Eldey: This was a calm, cold and beautiful night to be out on the water. The sky turned out to be clearer than predicted so we knew the chances were to meet the northern lights were good, but mother nature mate us work for it this time. We waited for a long time and were already heading back when we first noticed faint aurora activity. It was barely visible with the naked eye. With good patience we were finally rewarded with a fabulous northern light dancing across the sky.
