Report from Eldey: The boat rocked gently on the long swells that came from the opening of the bay. Thankfully we found calm sea between the islands in Kollafjörður. There we waited patiently after the lights. Although it was mostly cloudy during the tour, we saw some stars between the clouds. Our hopes went up when we noticed faint green lights above Esja, but unfortunately they only lasted for a few minutes and never became easily visible. For that reason we offered all passengers free return tickets. Hope to see you again soon!
