Report from Eldey: Before the tour began it snowed on us, it didn't look so promising. As soon as we left the harbor the lights appeared above us. The lights danced across the sky! After about 30 minutes some clouds came into the area, the lights became faint. So for the rest of the tour we just enjoyed the lights of the city and the peace tower.
