Report from Eldey & Elding: It was a bit chilly out there today with a little swell, we searched for over an hour before we beheld our first lights but this did not concern us in the slightest as a few shooting stars flamed across the sky keeping us occupied. The northern lights began with just a glimpse of green in the starlit sky but grew dramatically brighter as time progressed. The lights grew and then faded for a while behind the clouds but we didn´t have to wait too long before they were out again and gave us a wonderful show! They came out beautifully bright and began dancing across the sky in pink, white and green. What a fantastic show! but as with all the good things it didn´t last very long. Just as we were approaching the harbour, we got our best look yet. The lights really stretched across and up the sky in a beautifully bright green.
