We are expecting pretty good weather conditions again for tonight. Light cloud coverage and calm sea. The northern lights activity is also supposed to be moderate 2/9.
Tour status: RUNNING
Sightings: Given that the forecasted activity had changed to 0 when we left, we were very impressed with this tour. The sky was clear, an essential component, and we had for most of the evening a long greenish arch of northern lights that remained more or less the same throughout the tour, although towards the end it vanished mostly. But we learnt what we knew before, that as long as the sky is predicted to be cloud-free, and we are in the northern lights season, it is worth going out, even if the forecast is not promising at all!
