NORTHERN LIGHTS CRUISE I 21:00

Report from Eldey: A solar storm is currently reaching earth and this became very clear as we had an absolutely stunning display of the northern lights this evening. They started appearing rather faintly from the moment we left the harbour and slowly got more and more intense as the evening went along. An hour into our tour they appeared in mass and incredibly bright right above our heads! A large portion of the sky lit up bright green and purple this evening while the auroras danced with joy all around us. Eventually, after a long and enchanting display, they started to fade away again slowly while we sailed back towards port. It was almost as if the night sky itself knew how to bring us back to earth gently after showing its magic in full force.
