Tour at 13:00
The weather was quite nice when we headed out searching for whales. It took us some time to find them today. First a blow but we could not find the whale, then second blow and after searching in the same area we spotted the Minke whale. It only surfaced a few times before disappearing. Then some splashes in the distance. Lots of White-beaked dolphins were breaching out of the water, many times. Some of them came quite close to our boat, surfacing in front and beside the boat. So a very nice group of dolphins. The bigger whales were quite difficult to find today and we hope for more luck tomorrow.
