Tour at 13:00

Report from Hafsúlan: The weather was still lovely, like it was yesterday. Maybe a bit more windy but non the less, we had a very lovely sailing. About an hour and a half into our sailing we did see a Harbour porpoise appear very briefly but it was quick to leave again. Even though we didn't see any other cetaceans today we did see some feeding birds which we saw as an indicator of food availability in the area. We were hoping see cetaceans feeding there as well but they didn't seem to be around. Amongst the feeding birds were some Fulmars, Kittiwakes and Northern gannets. We also saw a fiew flocks of shags flying close to our boat on their way out to sea. And of course, on a clear day like this one the view is always lovely. Our passengers were all given a complimentary ticket by the end of the tour and hopefully they will join us for another sailing soon.
