Tour at 13:00
We sailed from Keflavík harbour this afternoon and were quite optimistic because of the nice tour the previous day. It was very different though! The sea was very rough, much rougher than we had expected, but we sailed out to look for the whales. In the area where we had spotted the whales the day before, we had seen on our fish-finder a lot of fish in the area. Today the fish were not there and so the whales weren't either. We sailed very far and covered a huge area but we couldn't spot anything. On the way back to the harbour we spotted a group of white-beaked dolphins which were really nice to watch for a few minutes, but they lost interest and swam away from us after that.
