Report from Eldey: Speechless, that's the best way to describe the afternoon trip we have had today. We started the trip chasing a rainbow and enjoying great views from the bay. Once we approached the area where we were lucky in previous tours, everything started to happen. In total, we saw 5-6 white-beaked dolphins with a tiny calf among them and 7 humpbacks whales which were feeding in pairs or solitary. We were surprised by their size, their friendly behaviour when they came so close to us and by one sinlge breaching that delighted all of our passengers while we had a jaw-dropping experience. Another 10 out of 10 tour without any doubts!

Report from Eldey: The sky was covered by clouds when we left Reykjavik, but it lighted up through the course of the tour. Our passengers did not have to wait long before our first sighting. Shortly after we left the harbor we were surprised by our first humpback whale! There was plenty of fish in the area, so though our whale was comfortable around us it was not paying us extra attention as it was mostly focused on finding food. We were able to stay with the animal for quite some time as it resurfaced a few times, quite close to our vessel. This sighting lead us straight to our next. This second humpback whale was being a bit tricky to fallow though, so we left after a few minutes and resumed our search for something else out there. Soon enough we found another pair of humpback whales! These ones were quite chilled and relaxed as we navigated alongside them. All passangers were delighted as these angels of the sea were posing perfectly for all the pictures and videos. Later on we started sailing back to Reykjavik. When most people thought the tour was over our captain spotted our last humpbackwhale! An amazing finale for another great tour with Elding!
