Tour at 13:00: Report from Hafsúlan and Elding: We headed out from Reykjavík on two boats because of the many passengers. We sailed in different directions to try to scan as much area as possible. After two hours of no luck Elding spotted a Minke Whale. Hafsúlan joined them and we watched the Minke whale for an hour. It was probably feeding of the big scholl of fish we detected under the boat. It came close to the boats sometimes but it didn't surface that often. A good tour, always fun to see the Minke. Unfortunetly we didn't get pictures of the whale.

Tour at 9:00: Report from Hafsúlan: We headed out from Reykjavík in good weather. After an hour we encountered a flock of seabirds, hundreds of fulmars all around. Unfortunetly we didn't see any whales there. Later on the tour we spotted some White-beaked dolphins but they went for a deep dive and we only saw them surface 2-3 times. All our passengers got a complimentary ticket because of the poor sightings.

Birds seen on the tour include: Fulmars, Black-backed Gulls, Eider-ducks, Lesser black-backed Gulls, long tailed ducks and a Glaucous Gull.
