We had a fantastic day with beautiful weather and impressive scenery. We searched for whales over a wide area and found two groups of dolphins south of Reykjavik. The first group, only a few animals, disappeared as fast as they appeared. But the second group was a particularly nice one. We had at least 20 especially playful animals. They stayed with us for a long, long time, swimming around the boat, approaching us a lot and jumping out of the water. We had lots of fun watching them. Among the birds we saw today was a really big flock of eider ducks.
