Tour at 13:00

Report from Hafsúlan: The weather was still excellent on our second tour. We sailed out Faxaflói bay to find White beaked Dolphins swimming around the boat. They didn't come very close but we could see them in a group of 20+ all around us. The dolphins were soon joined by a group of Harbour Porpoises. A little later we ran into two or three Minke whales. We followed one for a little while and found out that this Minke whale was our known friend, Humpie. After watching Humpie surface by the boat few times we sailed back to Reykjavík. The day was very lovely and the bay was filled with life.

Tour at 9:00

Report from Hafsúlan: The weather was very calm this morning and the ocean was still. It was a little cold but very beautiful We started our tour by spotting Harbour porpoises swimming. It wasn't long before we also noticed two Minke whales. One of them surfaced by the boat a few times and we could see that this was a Minke Whale we have met on other of our tours, named Pearl. After a visit with Pearl we decided to sail back to Reykjavík until we heard of a group of White-beaked Dolphins feeding in an area close to us. We turned the boat around to have a look at the Dolphins as well before sailing back. The tour was a good success.
