Calm sea, the sun was shining but it was a bit cold when we headed out to Faxaflói this afternoon. it's been a week since we were out in Faxaflói the last time. After searching for some time we found one minke whale. It surfaced twice before disappearing. Further out we were lucky to find another minke whale and a nice one it was. We followed the whale for some time and it surfaced only 15-20 meters from the boat quite often so we could have a good look at it. Perfect visibility, calm sea, a sunny day and a fantastic minke whale. Very good tour.
