Tour at 13:00
Report from Eldey: The weather changes rapidly here in Iceland. Yesterdays nice conditions were gone and Reykjavik woke up to snow and strong winds. Out on the bay it got even worse towards the end of the tour so the complimentary overalls came to good use. We searched far and wide after cetaceans (whales, dolphins and porpoises) but the weather conditions today made it difficult. We got a good portion of fresh air and snow with some short glimpses of the landscape around us. Because no whales or dolphins were seen on todays tour we offered all passengers complimentary tickets, valid for another whale watching tour within the next two years. Lets hope the weather improves for tomorrow.
