Report from Hafsúlan: We sailed out on a cloudy but still day. There was alot of wildlife in the bay today and we actually had one thing after the other for about an hour and a half. We first had Harbour Porpoises everywhere maybe 20+ scattered individuals then it was a Minke Whale with one other further in the distance, but this individual seemed very relaxed with our boat so for the majority of the time we stayed with this one. It surfaced many times very close to us and at one point scared everyone on board as it surfaced just a couple of meters from us with a loud exhaled breath. We then saw White- beaked Dolphins in the distance and went to say hello to them, there was maybe 15-20 individuals in total with about 5 wanting to play around our boat, bow riding and leaping. Such a fantastic day with rainbows and the suns rays shining through the clouds too. Wonderful experience.
