Tour at 13:00

Only 15 minutes out we encountered a big group of White beaked Dolphins. They turned out to be quite playful and came very close to the boat. Further out two groups of Harbour Porpoises, one of them extremely tame and curios. After that we sailed for a long time until one of our passengers saw a Minke Whale. It came up once and a few people saw it, but despite a long search we could not find it again. By now the wind had picked up and our time was out so we turned back to the harbour.

Tour at 09:00

It did not take a long time to find the first White beaked dolphins. About 10 animals, very busy feeding. Shortly after that we found some Harbour porpoises, also busy feeding. We stayed with them for a while and then went on. By this time we got a call from Elding, they had found a Minke Whale. When we finally reached them the Minke was gone but some really nice dolphins had replaced it. After that we sailed back to Reykjavík.
