Report from Eldey: It proved to be a rather challenging day in the bay today... Again we sailed out with with our hopes and spirits up, but this time, nature had a different plan for us. We searched and searched all over the bay, nothing. Just a handful of birds during the whole tour. Sometimes this is just so. Despite no luck with the whales and dolphins, we enjoyed beautiful scenery around us and a very strong, but warm wind from the northeast. We gave our passengers a chance to come and try their luck once more by giving out complementary tickets.

Tour at 9:00 : Running
Report from Eldey: Still a warm 10 Degrees C for November in Reykjavik, it was chilly however out in the bay with strong NE winds. We hugged the mountains to gain shelter occasionally with the odd rock of the boat when waves hit the side especially as we passed the mouth of Hvalfjörður. This is were was encountered a small pod of 3-4 harbour porpoises that were porpoising the waves probably chasing after their fishy breakfast. We searched a large area for more whales and dolphins but in the end none were found. Taking a break over the weekend maybe. We offered our passengers complimentary tickets sothey could come again and hope them better luck on their next ocean adventure.
