Tour at 13:00

What a day! We sailed out from Reykjavík in a bit windy weather. We had rain and then hail hitting us in the face in the beginning but the sea was calm. We searched for some time without any luck. We saw though many seabirds in one area, fulmars, kittiwakes, gannets and lot of cormorants! We decided to try another area, and we sure do not regret that. We spotted a blow in about 300 meters away from us, and a big one! And yes it was a humpback whale! We were so glad that we found a humpback. We stayed with the whale for about 45 minutes where it surfaced again and again and again, only about 30 meters away from the boat. At that time the weather was just beautiful, the sun was going down and a humpback whale surfacing right in front of us! Amazing
