Tour 17:00

Very nice light conditions during our later afternoon tour. Puffins were still on the Island and we could stay and observe for a while before heading to the whales. We had to wait quite a bit before spotting something but than at the end we saw a Minke whale, surfacing a few times, and especially the last time quite close showing the all riht side. Pretty nice sighting!

Report from Hafsúlan: The weather got better: no more rain and the sun came out, too. Still many birds gatherin gin large floks and the White-beaked dolphins were out there, too. just a few individuals then this morning.

Report from Elding: Unfortunately we were unable to spot anything on this afternoons trip.

Tour 9:00

A bit overcast today, but luckily not string wind. We headed first to Puffin island where Puffins were quite many then we went straight to the whale-watching ground where we did spot a group of 8 white-beaked dolphins. Some were surfacing close to the side of the boat and when they were travelling underwater we could follow them easily.
