Tour at 17:00

This evening we still had nice weather. First we spotted some splashes of Harbour Porpoises and spotted them quite far away before they disappeared. But short after that we spotted our first Minke Whale. We could follow this whale for a few minutes before we headed further out. After some time we spotted another Minke Whale which came close to the boat but the last Minke Whale we spotted on this tour came really close - just 25 meters away from our whale watching boat and surfaced quite often. Nice tour!

Tour at 13:00

Our afternoon tour started with really nice weather. When we reached the whale watching area we spotted a big pod of Harbour Porpoises and could follow it for some minutes. It took us a while to find the first Minke Whale but when we finally found it we had a really good time with this whale. The Minke Whale surfaced quite often and sometimes just 10 meters from the boat. We followed this whale for a long time and headed then further out. Almost at the end of our tour we spotted two Minke Whale in the same area and we could approach them really well. On our way back we spotted the Harbour Porpoises again which was a perfect ending for our tour.

Tour at 09:00

We sailed out in a sunny beautiful weather, it was bit windy though. It took us some time until we spotted some diving Gannets, so many of them around. But no whales around to see in that area, so we kept on going and heard from another boat about a minke whale in his area so we sailed over there. And spotted this beautiful minke whale. It was surface feeding and showed the big pink belly 2 times for us AMAZING, and was rolling around in the surface. We also spotted few harbour porpoises in the area, 100 meters away but still nice to see them in the sun. Overall a really good tour!
