Report from Eldey: We sailed out with sun and relatively warm weather and ended the tour with a very cold wind and rain hitting us in our faces. We sailed the usual 6 nm before we saw some wildlife. It was a group of white-beaked dolphins divided in at least two smaller groups. At times they were feeling very curious, so they inspected our boat from a distance of almost a hand's reach. It was a lovely afternoon we spent with these animals and these moments we will hold dear in our memories.

Report from Eldey: Icelandic morning was awaiting us upon starting our tour: cold, windy and rainy. Luckily our cetaceans do not care about the weather. With the wind and swell we started our tour towards west with more and more rainbows on our way. Half way into the tour we spotted our first whale but unfortunately did not spot it again but after some time a minke whale surface not far from the boat and almost at the same time white-beaked dolphins joint in. As sudden as they had appeared, they also disappeared after a while again. Luckily we were able to spot both species again and could stay with them for a while. Some of the dolphins, a total of probably 8-10 individuals, came in for a really close look, even for a boride! Now even the sun came out and we took our way back against the wind but the sun trying to warm us up.
