Tour at 13:00

Report from Hafsulan: Finally rock 'n' roll in Faxafloi. After few day stacked in the harbour due to the weather, we sailed out in the bay to find beautiful views around us. Esja was covered with a thin white veil and the rays while we were having the sunset were simple breathtaking. However, we were trying to find some wildlife and we did with many birds, especially eider ducks and some cetaceans. In this case, the encounter was a fast one as we were sailing in Hvalfjordur when a pod of 4-5 white-beaked dolphins popped up and they seemed to be extremely interested in our catamaran-style boat. We had flash encounter with them so that's why we decided to offer complimentary tickets to our passengers. Hopefully next time they will stay longer with us.

We are running our whale watching tour at 13:00 today, from the old harbour in Reykjavík. The winds are still quite strong so we can expect the sea to be quite rough.
